The hotel is well-appointed, with welcoming staff who ensured our needs were met, reinforcing the importance of attentive service in hospitality. The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV and offered a warm ambiance, aided by effective heating, which was particularly appreciated during the chilly evenings. Wi-Fi was readily available, complementing a pleasant stay. While the hotel doesn't boast an on-site restaurant, guests can enjoy a snack bar and nearby dining options, including the elegant outdoor dining space at the Drake Hotel, where we enjoyed lavish breakfasts - a true highlight of our visit. For travelers seeking value, Hotel Planet delivers a commendable experience with essential amenities, making it a wise choice that balances luxury and convenience in a fashion-forward city.
